Hi Process Boy; I guess I'm a little relieved that Intel isn't conceding the MHz race... If they were, it would suggest to me that there was something very wrong in AMD's approach.

In fact, I don't normally see people conceding races until they're complete. (Maybe political races.)

I do believe Cumine can scale higher. Even K6-x can but at what cost? Will Intel be forced to apply immature processes like AMD to get there is a big unknown. If so, say bye-bye to those high yields that Intel has accustomed to and allow AMD, and even Apple, to fill the voids. Maybe this is what Charles's insider saw.
