Maybe it hasn't been spelled out clear enough. The hole is filled with drilling fluid weighing about 175% of the weight of water. Multiplied by the depth of hole there is enough pressure at the bit to prevent a blowout and hopefully that we DO NOT see a flare at CC, until testing starts in a month or so.
