A nice article; it explains the background that underlies the last few years' vagaries in the stock price.

I think there are two or three real concerns among the many raised in the article. Deep-pocketed competitors (DE, CSE) and large rental buyers should be a genuine concern. And the implied reliance of profits on a highly cyclical housing construction sector is troublesome.

However, cut 30% off the stock price (to 12ish) and I'm likely a buyer again, in the absence of new, fundamental problems.
