Your reckless abandonment of self-esteem should concern you. Otherwise DUH I do believe the IDE is FDA approved. Maybe you disagree with the FDA about some things, as I am sure a lot of us do. But the insinuation that IMDS is crooked because they are following procedure is bizarre.

Why would a surgeon be the principal investigator for a radiology study? He certainly has not published research in this (or any, I believe) field. What is the incentive for HIM to be involved?
