How can anyone be positive about this stock when you look at the financials. They burned through over 30 million in IPO money, have never made a nickel, thrown out millions in payments and litigation from a constant stream of lawsuits, have little if any production capacity, the cost to manufacture is greater than the sell cost in poor third world countries, the only way they keep the doors open is by selling stock to foreign companies under Reg-S to pump and dump, had every manager rip off as much as he could before he got thrown out, and on and on.

They have no money and no means of generating capitol to expand the business. It takes money to make money and they used up their ammunition.

This company does have a wonderful technology and product that can be used as a platform for many other tests, but they ran it into the ground. Many millions of dollars are needed to literally "start over". The stock is down close to 99% in share value and is one millimeter from closing down. The only way out is that some one comes in and pumps in about 10 million bucks. Who would do that?

What probably will happen is that someone will buy the company for next to nothing and we will lose 95% of our money.
