JEEZ! What everyone so upset about? 19 months not so long. hawkeye's girlfriend only able to produce two sets of twins in that time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And don't forget, SLUP must have at least a whole filing cabinet of documents that had to be gone through. And don't forget, government employees get The Fourth of July off, so that was two July 4th's that were not available to work on SLUP case. And by the way, the Sixth amendment's guarantee of a "speedy trial" only applies to criminal cases, which this is not yet (I don't think). Also, according to the Guiness Book of World Records, the two snails that set out from Los Angeles in the "Nike Cross-Country Snail Marathon" on May 1, 1998, have only reached Topeka! HARD EVIDENCE OF THESE OBVIOUS, CLEAR-CUT CASES OF "EGREGIOUS FRAUD" MUST BE VERY HARD TO FIND".
