I've been a GNET long for a while now and have always been very optimistic... however, I'm starting to get a little nervous now about the earnings report, for two simple reasons. First, GNET's operational costs are much higher since they have been hiring 20-30 new people every month. Second, if we assume that revenues are correlated to web-traffic, then we might be in a little trouble since traffic was down about 13% this past month... I find it hard to believe that GNET will beat earnings estimates with these kind of numbers... but at the same time GNET has always managed to surprise me in the past. I'm hoping for the same this quarter! Any thoughts? Am I missing something in my logic... i.e. have the increased costs already been accounted for in the estimates?
