Dr. Seuss,

Which round it is depends on when one joined the fray, of course, a matter of individual perspective.

Filing the application and having it accepted are two different events. The acceptance of the filing means that the odds of ultimate approval are a little bit better than before. So I take issue with the "bogus misleading" part. No, it doesn't mean much, but it is slightly positive.

And that's why a couple of y'all's foot soldiers have fallen these two sessions.

If you're laughing your a** off, don't let it fall in the fish pond.

Cheers, Tuck

Seuss - are you really that stupid??

Maybe you are. The company didn't hype the information twice today - they are not Businesswire or Reuters! That's like saying someone is hyping themself because they got the cover of Time and Newsweek. CLPA was in Time recently....:)

The acceptance of the filing is not the same as a submission. Shorts have said the FDA wouldn't accept the filing. They have. Shorts have said the drug doesn't work. It does. 1+1=2. The NDA will be approved.

Please, for goodness' sake keep shorting at these levels. As for your future day job - I'd like my order Biggie sized, please!!! LOL
