You're assuming their options are limited to the prohibitively expensive and overly dilutive.
They have the capability of doing any one of a number of things, some of the broad possibilities I listed in my last post, many of which, with creativity need not be too taxing.
Of course its just pure speculation that they will or won't do anything other than continue on course with their own pipeline and partnership plans.
