BGOC... some DD: O/S: 25M Float: 14M Of the 14M, 9M are held by insiders etc that leaves 5M tradable. BGOC is current on SEC filings... BGOC is an oil company that is changing business direction... I talked to the president this morning. He told me a letter of intent on the first done deal will be out by end of the week or early next week. There are a number of other companies which they are in negotiations for acquisition as well. From Friday's NR: "Black Giant recently became current in its filings with the SEC and has maintained its listing on the Electronic Bulletin Board. The recent deletion of non-reporting companies off of the Bulletin Board has caused a surge of interest in full reporting public companies. Webb plans to take advantage of this interest to maximize the negotiation position of BGOC to benefit its shareholders." Being that the oil biz income is limited, they are doing something different.
