Westfort Energy enters agreement with Corpfinance Westfort Energy Ltd WT Shares issued 37,329,872 Nov 9 close $1.02 Wed 10 Nov 99 News Release Ms. Whitney Pansano reports The company has entered into an agreement with Corpfinance Advisory Services, Inc., to provide up to $10-million for the development of its three fields in Mississippi. The funds are to be made available through project debt financing where Corpfinance is to be secured by the reserves attributable to the drilling units being developed with the loan proceeds. In conjunction with the recent alliance with Patterson Energy Inc., this financing will enable Westfort to significantly increase production and develop the deep Norphlet formation.
