Frank & transmission Thank you for your replies. As best I can discern, T's wireless broadband business strategy seems to be about as piecemeal as their cable strategy for consumers. They do have access to vast existing revenues and access to the capital markets to make inchoate visions a reality. It would also appear that the pace of M&A in telephony and increased sprint (small "s") through the last mile race do not give Armstrong time to sit pensively on the sideline. Bell Atlantic is nearing the regulatory clearance to sell long distance. Global crossing and MFNX show that pipedreams are worth quite a bit for the right pipes. NXLK's Telegent on steroids strategy shows that not only is fixed wireless possible but investors will pay handsomely for it. I guess wrt ATT the question is whether or not Armstrong can change the old leopard's spots fast enough to beat the competition. While I have some reservations, I would guess he may surprise a few of the DSL cowboys.

Any thoughts on when glass the to user (business and consumer) might be viable?

Thanks,
Steve
