That thought crossed my mind, but I would think that one would want to put one's best foot forward if that was the motive. But being primarily a businessman rather than a trader, maybe my perspective is different. But then again, it isn't like the participants weren't made aware of this thread and the "Welcome to SI Off-topic" thread before. I have been in a heated exchange on SI before. In fact it started on the "Welcome to SI Thread". Instead of turning that thread into a circus, I created the Welcome OT thread. Regardless of who started the latest fight, each individual always had the opportunity to either stop fighting or take it to an appropriate forum. And though Tim stepped over the line several times IMO and probably instigated a big part of it, at least he didn't come back and try to belittle me with a sniping little comment about my trading. JXM
