Covered BVSN 187 1/2.. nice but expensive. but I couldn't hold this winner short overnight. Another single family home but not near the ocean PHCM is near a lake ( my share was townhome not near the ocean either and a starter home) but JNPR is a single family home probably with a wider view of the lake and some forest. Darn held up my money all day.. A single family home near the ocean would be 4 PHCM's.. so if you look at that way, PHCM is downright cheap.
