Hi all, I just found out about this company from a friend who is pretty upbeat about it. I have been trying to gather as much info as possible on the company but have been quite unsuccessful The Chairman made this comment on the 25th of October. Isee3D Inc. Chairman Comments On Recent Share Activity Montreal, Quebec-- Isee3D Inc. (CDN: EYEC) Chairman and CEO Morden C. Lazarus, said, in a statement today, "I have been asked by the Canadian Dealing Network to clarify the situation regarding the recent escalation in trading volume and price of the Company's shares in the last two trading days. "We held a demonstration of our previously announced 3D retail kit in Montreal on Thursday October 21st. as a result of the demand by the brokerage community for information about it. The attendees were provided with a demonstration of its 3D streaming video technology and we believe its reception was satisfactory. "The Company retained today the Madison Avenue New York law firm of McLaughlin and Stern to advise the Company in connection with its proposed application for a NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board listing in the United States. We are no longer considering a TSE application," [;-(] stated Mr. Lazarus. Isee3D Inc. common shares are traded through the facilities of the Canadian Dealing Network. The trading symbol is EYEC. The number of shares issued stands at 60,808,269. I mean, what else can he say, that he knows the reason??? That would put him in a very BAD position. I don't like the fact that they are not seeking to get on the TSE but prefer the US OTC-BB. What do you guys think. Any fresh rumors from the mill ??
