I just read a conflicting report on Yahoo. Seems that there
is 733MHz models but 810e chipset is used which thus can
only be targeted for corporate desktop not workstation.

I was just referring to posts from others. Actually I found the press release on Intel's website:

It says "All of the processors are available now in volume."
