KL - I'm buying CIRCV which began trading when-issued today. It's an internet advertising firm comparable to MMPT, DCLK, IIXL, PXCM, SCNT, USWB, and VIAN.

It's quietly coming public thru the back-door because its a tracking stock spinoff from Snyder Communications (SNC). At $15 its less than 4x 2000 revs. The analysts will be screaming about it next week. DONT MISS THIS ONE.
