Phil, I missed this one last week. Mattson Technology Reiterated 'Buy' at Needham & Co. Princeton, New Jersey, Oct. 27 (Bloomberg Data) -- Mattson Technology Inc. (MTSN US) was reiterated ''buy'' by analyst Theodore O'Neill at Needham & Co. The price target is $17. It's a little surprising to me that I can look at a projection of more than a 45% increase in MTSN's price as being overly conservative. Are my expectations completely out of line? Of is O'Neill just playing the game of ensuring his target is exceeded? Both? Ian.
