"how does a development-stage company with no revenue pay the interest on debt when it has no revenue? Obviously to use debt you must have either good cash flow to service the debt or a huge chunk of excess cash. The excess cash typically comes from a large stock offering. VLNC has neither at this point."

Well, which is it add, does VLNC have increasing revenue as we speak or does it not? It is acting as though it does not. You make my point. Not pursuing debt, which is cheaper than equity, signals no revenue.

None of you know how to respond to this issue. There is a reason for that. There is no good response.

The market appears to be teaching you the lesson today.

Thanks again for assisting in making the point that VLNC must have no revenue. Today is 10/25/99.
