Stockett Response You were wrong about the bags and your expert who never believed that 12 ton bags existed. Why didn't you admit that. The pictures weren't good enough for you? You don't know your ass from a whole in the wall so who cares whether you think the bags will work. They have been working for years you idiot. We have contracts pending with a California cement plant to provide clinker for three years. They seem to think we are credible. We don't announce these because we are in a highly competitive Cartel Environment that trys to derail our projects before we can deliver them. When I announce them, they will be delivered. You seem to think because the SEC alleges something that that automatically means its true. What exactly do you think I did that was fraudulent. The SEC never proved anything except this bull shit inconsistent aiding and abetting the Hudson Funds failure to report. What does that mean? What else could I have done without influencing their reporting and exercising real control over them. Instead of shooting off you mouth and pointing out the only negative comments in the Judges opinion, why didn't you point out that I didn't do anything fraudulent. In fact I didn't do anything at all except buy some stock options. Where is there any testimony that I intended to manipulate stock prices or defraud anyone. There is not one word of testimony in the trial that I attempted to manipulate anything. This entire case was a case associated with the Hudson Fund failing to report my stock options and agreements. Period. Where is the fraud? Stop bashing me over something that I did not do until the appeal is settled. If you have any facts that bear on the case, lets here from you. Otherwise shut up. The trains will be used as stationary hotel cars. They will be plumbed. They will not be used for travel. The 12 car train set that will be used for travel is already Amtrak certified and in fact was leased and operated by Amtrak for the past 4 years. We plan on 2 hour train rides. No one will sleep on the trains during the two hour rides. Now you know more about the cost of refurbishing trains than the experts who are under contract to refurbish trains. Where the hell to you get your expertise? Nothing has stopped anyone from filing lawsuits against Sinclare for the past two years. If you have a basis for a suit, file it so I can finnaly get your real name and address and sue you for slander, liable, and corporate interference. Why are you so interested in the stock if you haven't owned any? You have posted more messages than everyone else put together. What is your hidden agenda? In case you haven't noticed, I haven't filed any disclosure reports since the start of the Hudson Fund Litigation. This has been intentional so that the SEC can't look for reporting violations or omission and misleading information and use it against me as indication that I intend to violate securities laws. Until such time as my appeal is ruled on, I do not intend to provide any reports or give them any fuel or ammunition for their witch hunt. The flying saucer has been postponed indefinitely because we do not have any assurances from the Union Pacific that the train sidings will be approved or built in time for the Millenium. This is the last time I am going to respond directly to your messages. This is not a debate. You are not worthty of debating. You base your comments on what you think, speculate, or fabricate, not on facts. I don't want to give any credibility to anything you say. You have no integrity and you wouldn't recognize it if you saw it.
