There was no filing in June. Z.O. made it up like usual. The filing would have to be made by the 10th day of the month following the transaction.

The filing date is, I am not certain of this, up to 60 days after the 5% ownership level is hit.<i/>
If this is true, they could sold form 10 to 4.8% on August 10 before Q1 report.
They had 9 millions, about 5%, on AGM.
It such case they may sell more, or very well buy back carefully and report 5+% in December, after Q2 report.
Lots of combinations is possible.
