Professional services gross margins from the Company's Internet and Multimedia segments were 71%, versus 53% in the same period last year and 58% in the preceding first quarter. The Company's EBITDA for the second fiscal quarter of $223,357 increased 264% over the same period of the previous year and 26% over the first fiscal quarter ended May 31, 1999. The basic loss per share of $0.01 during the quarter significantly improved form a net loss per share of $0.034 for the same period last year.
