Could you give me an indication of which model you're using?

The most reliable model according to every study I've seen is the Altman Bankruptcy Predictor model. A reading below 1.80 indicates a company near death. FEET's current rating under this model is 1.83.

BTW, you state that there are bids of 4 for the bonds. What does that have to do with reality if those bids aren't filled? Heck, I could bid $4 for MSFT stock, that wouldn't mean anything either, because that bid wouldn't be filled, either.
