i posted that downgrade mostly in jest; like lynn, i would NOT give it any weight whatsoever.

i have no idea who they are (sounds like a fly-by-night paralegal bucket shop), but for the record, the release came via Bloomberg:

Lynn,

I agree with your opinion that ML is a better source for analyst opinions than this other outfit. In fact, it was Steve Milunovich's September 14, 1999 report which indicated that NTAP's revenues may actually be accelerating from its 70% YOY growth. His report was generated after he had a discussion with NTAP management about their current quarter. I'm encouraged about this quarter and the future.
