OT - I agree with the perception that the mkt has of industrial minerals. CHL is a good example - contracts for the offtake, mine financing arranged and the stock is still a fraction of it's buyout potential- which should happen soon (1 yr tops hopefully)
TIO has problems - don't they all usually. A high clay content I think, which makes if expensive and difficult to separate. Political instability and noisy natives as well possibly. Brazil has hard rock material (VMCO) as does another location in Que. NAR has tidewater sands w/ world average heavy recovery, existing infrastructure and majors already interested, political risk is a somewhat civilized gov't (unlike Newf) with a desire to offlaod SYSCO smelter onto someone and I'm assuming that whoever wants a smelter might want some feed from just 'around' the corner. Grade and contracts are what determine industrial projects and this one doesn't smell so bad.
As for the sad mkt - it has all the airs of a PP going on or about to be done - and that has been a real damper on the mkt.
