He's selling the whole kit and kaboodle, probably to the next-door neighbor, who is the construction business. The house is structurally unsound and is way past restoration. Frankly, it's getting a bit scary being there and I shall be as glad as he to get shut of it. Let's let the whole thing re CB drop, O.K.? I'm all right and don't wish to stir any more embers. We all have our own peeves and irritable moments and it would be unproductive to be reminded of them afterward. She's a friend and I don't want to lose her friendship.
