FF: FWIW. Made two phone calls yesterday - TIVO (IR) and Replay marketing. Only heard back from Replay.

Indeed, e-comm is the jackpot these folks are going for. I asked the replay guy to differentiate the two products, first up - replay has no monthly charge.

That's a BIG difference. (My TIVO was free so it doesn't matter. I believe the offer a lifetime membership for $200 which isn't that bad.)
