Hagar: Since you seem to be upto speed on QoS, I have a question regarding crashing/slowing down an ISP's Server.

Assuming one knows the IP number for someones Server, is it possible to hit that Server by sending a 5Meg file in a round the clock loop.

If so, what safeguards are there on the Net to prevent one from crashing someone else's Server.

Thx.
