Announces Resignation of Joseph Lombardi as President and Director HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 1999--At a meeting of the Board of Directors, In-Sports International (IRTN) (OTCBB: IRTN - news) today announced that it has accepted the Resignation of Joseph Lombardi, as President and Director, effective immediately, due to Mr. Lombardi's personal health problems. Patrick McLaren, Chairman of the Board, said that his good friend Joe told him the ''Diabetes and High Blood pressure'' were beginning to take its toll, and Joe quipped ''I'm not getting any younger, Patrick.'' The Board of Directors granted Lombardi a leave of absence and agreed to retain Mr. Lombardi as a Public Relations Consultant for IRTN's ''Lombardi Turf'' Athletic Surfacing Division after the first of the year. Mr. Samuel Serritella has been elected President/CEO and Director of IRTN. Mr. Serritella has been associated with IRTN since its inception as Director of Field Operations and is familiar with the complete operational functions of the Company.
