Hi Steven and Thread,

What's so special about this is that U.S. West might actually be thinking about doing some bleeding edge development within the footprint of its original territory. I wonder how they cut the CWA out of this? Are you sure it is to be tested in Denver? Right now, all new developments by USW and Qwest are focusing on the metro areas of SBC and BEL. Anybody?
