groundwork for the syndication of broadband content on the Web,
iSyndicate announced today strategic partnerships with leading rich
media sites to distribute content featuring full-motion video and CD
sound across the Web. These partnerships represent the first widespread
syndication of rich media content on the Internet with additional
strategic relationships to be announced in the near future.

Syndicating Downloadable Music A key part of the iSyndicate strategy is
an agreement with Mjuice.com to syndicate Mjuice.com's secure-MP3 files
to its customer and affiliate sites. As part of the deal, customer Web
sites who license and host content will incorporate a co-branded
version of Mjuice.com and iSyndicate. Maintaining the look and feel of
the site, songs will be served via Mjuice.com's popular end-to-end song
delivery system, and will be featured for easy playback in the
company's secure-MP3 format.

Additionally, Mjuice.com and iSyndicate will distribute free "Picks of
the Week" to the affiliate sites. These tracks will be hand-selected by
Mjuice.com editors and updated on a weekly basis.

iSyndicate with music videos and movie trailers for Web sites to
