A selection of points made at cc..... 1. Commerce Bridge sales less than 5% of total for quarter: clients numbered 20 eoq, of which 8 operative, 12 abuilding. 2. Burned only $4 million of cash in quarter. 3. Decent reductions in all categories of G/A as percentage of revenues. 4. $57 avg. software sale, $40 avg for all transactions. (Remember different acctng. for shareware/CB revs.) 5. TSQD deal on track to close in Q4. 6. Looking for strong 4th Q, including interesting new relationships. Overall, very positive. Cheers David
