Lynn, unfortunately, you cannot convert PDF files back to text files for cut and paste. (PDF files are not really "text" files". They are encapsulated print files.)

Lynn, The new Acrobat (Version 3.01) allows you to copy text off of a document and paste it somewhere else. The only difficulty I've had is when copying from mult-columned pages. It's a little tricky. This copy feature is a new addition to the Acrobat software. It was added as a "click-on" block just to the right of the + and - magnifying glasses blocks at the top of the page. The copy "click-on" block is just to the left of the magnifying glass blocks. Check your version of Acrobat and see if an update is necessary. (I think the previous version was 3.0).

I hope this helps.

Are you going to the Annual Meeting today?

Best,

Duncan
