I haven't seen anything to confirm the split

Probably a false rumor

There must be some other news pushing up the
stock to $121.25 after hours

Split for AOL? I would say that this is an unconfirmed rumor at this point. It is yet to be seen. I would like to know how many shares are outstanding. Isn't there a point at which the number of outstanding shares becomes so huge that there is a dilutive effect?
