Tuesday October 26, 8:57 am Eastern Time INTERVIEW-Satyam says gateway within 6 mths BANGALORE, India, Oct 26 (Reuters) - India's Satyam Infoway Ltd will launch its planned Internet gateway within the next six months, its managing director said on Tuesday. ``Conservatively I would think it should happen in six months,' R. Ramaraj, managing director of Satyam Infoway Ltd, told Reuters in an interview. Earlier this month, Satyam Infoway listed on the Nasdaq in the United States with a share issue whose proceeds will be used to build the Internet gateway. Satyam Infoway, an affiliate of India's Satyam Computer Services Ltd , last year became India's first Internet service provider in the private sector after the government ended a state monopoly in the area. biz.yahoo.com
