DocStone, good move! I've been building my income portfolio using REITs and MT is high on the list. Here's a few others you might want to take a look at:

Ralph Block, the author of an excellent book on REITs, writes a weekly article and I found this week's issue encouraging:

Hi Doc--- Hell I have an avg of 10 and just keep on adding as cash frees up, 100 or 1K at a time. I have LHO as MT may bail the hotels and DHF for diversification. A bit better than 6 1/2 bonds... Who cares where it goes? I do not even care if the div would take a TINY cut. Great return,,,
