I saw nothing in the mailing that said discover/msdw's fees would be $29.95.

What the new chart says is that market and limit orders will continue to be $14.95/$19.95 through 3/31/00. It doesn't say if the price will rise after that date.

Does anyone know for sure if fees will rise after March 31, and what the new fees would be?
