That is why I said MICRO moves. Micro moves can affect other markets. A MICRO Psychological move can move the foreign markets big time as we see almost every night around the world following the U.S. close. This is what people tend to overlook. Substantially you are absolutely correct, that is why I almost always say " everything being equal ". The Houses know that most people are thinking that way while they just make certain little micro moves. World economies are moved everyday by MICRO PSYCHOLOGICAL MOVES. Remember Thursday night two weeks ago. Voltaire
