did you not hear noam say the OA spinoff is in process... it is well-set with plans. will update with details?

what did you want him to say? they need a ceo before they can go forward.

I still think the new CEO has to be on board first. If the IPO market closes around Thanksgiving they may not be able to do it until February.

Also, with OA revs accelerating dramatically, and the IPO based on Y2K revs, waiting till Feb gives them a full Year revenue breakout for OA.

But, as I say I haven't listened to the CC yet.
