Bill,

Another truck - yes for Dan Smith. I just re-read the prospectus (dated 10/14) and saw that Dan Smith (yes, the Dan Smith of Sycamore) is a member of the Board of Advisors. This Board, by the way "generally receive options to purchase our common stock under our 1998 stock incentive plan." He probably doesn't need a big truck, this time. :-)
