Along with some WWII Japanese mad men. Put the Nazi mad scientists to shame with their human biologic weapons experiments. They didn't make furniture out of them but they did refer to their Chinese victims and "logs".

If I recall facts correctly, Stalin killed more people than Hitler. Are we really going to be lenient on his legacy just because he wasn't as technologically advanced in the ways he killed them?
At least we can agree about the roasting part.
