It is highly usual for a stock to be called away just because the option is in the money - usually "exercising" only happens at expiry. Most brokerages will let you know by the saturday after expiry. So you should be able to buy back on the monday after expiry.
If TXN moves about 81/82 in the next few days, the option TNZKR (Nov 90 call) should trade above 2. Yes - the price of the option is determined by the stock price and how much time is left.
