The difference between this "piece of #$%^&" as you so eloquently call it and other POS penny stock junk as I less eloquently call them is that BAOA reports financials. While there are a lot of scams out there that report financials, this factor alone is worth speculating in BAOA from current levels. I know this stock hasn't done beans since it started, but that doesn't mean it can't do something from here on out. Whether they get the loan or not, the stock itself has some value as a shell even if the company itself goes under.
