they don't know but suspect because of the savagery it was personal most of the details became public and were talked about. I had nightmares for a long time over it odd thing was, the week before, while I was driving to work, I caught the name of an friend on the radio, saying he was killed in a car accident. I called and it wasn't the person I knew. the next week I heard Dick's name mentioned on the radio saying he had been killed. so I thought, happened again, can't be him. it was. I've known 4 people who have been murdered. all in this city, considered a relatively safe one. all within a 2 or 3 year time span. as to your friend, she may stink, but at least will be alert!
