John,

Your opinion is a valid one, and thereis no need to apologize for it........SI investors have been on the leading curve of knowledge regarding Mrvc, and I can see why some might think there is no good reason to buy mrvc tomorrow but there is also some valid reasons why a long term shareholder should accumulate over this period.

I'm not sure what you were looking for? I found some things disappointing but what else is new with mrvc. Expectations are high when one sees the likes of Sycamore, or Foundry or a dozon others getting huge market caps right out of the gate. Mrvc is assembling a product line that hits the bullsye of the greatest revolution seen in a long time......I have some doubts that they can execute but with the
New Access funding done ..........Sorry gotta go..cmg

i don't see the glass as "half empty" like you do... what i heard was a clear message about many of the things we've speculated. i guess that means we know the company pretty well. but how well do other investors know the company and will this cc give them a clearer picture?? i think, yes. the clear message that OA will be spun off will give analysts a better view of what components will be worth. they DID talk about the vast potential of all of the startups, as well as the capabilities of OA. i like the fact they broke out OAs revenue so it can be better valued. they went into DETAIL about marconi/bellsouth. they discussed the vast market for fiber to curb and how they will fullfil that market. i heard DETAILS about why HC would be successful. i heard far more DETAILS this cc than any over the past 12 months. not only that, but if you wait for the ramp up in sales (OA revenue was up 48%) in 6 months, then you're going to miss the boat. how many people have waited for the ramp up in sales for JNPR, RBAK, FDRY, etc, etc...? not to mention the fact that this industry is going to consolidate faster than anyone realizes. but, sorry, i'm rambling again. i just don't see the negatives here that you do....
