As far as I know, the US has only ever displayed mummified corpses of criminals, and not leaders. It used to be popular for circuses to have a mummified, well know crook on display prior to and shortly after the civil war.

The only major organizations that I know of to publically display mummified or pickled heros/saints are the former Soviet Union and the Catholic Church. There are probably others though, due to human tendency towards hero worship.
