I think we agree that they need to do the spinoffs NOW.

If Noam blows this by delay, for the sake of all longs, Noam should resign. Focus on shareholder value? Let's see it now.

I have listened to several MRVC cc's over the years, but am not spending the time this year. It is my view that almost all similar companies and their respective management do not lack in proclaiming the bright future and great products they all have.

Simply stated, this company must take advantage of "expectations" now and avoid any delay if they are to maximize shareholder value.

Well, Atlanta is done (made it interesting though) and I am done for the evening too.

I listened to the CC in depth. There are some major positives - and some things moving slower than expected too. I am too tired to post anything really meaningful right now. I am very happy with some things and disappointed on others.

I'll put something together tomorrow.

Tomorrow? Who knows? My guess is down a bit.
