Well another problem which is hard to quantify is that this individual (that Cobalt posted the personal info on) is highly abusive. In fact just today he threatened me with a lawsuit. So that kind of stuff makes people mad, its kind of an intimidation tactic. Of course he is a lawyer and is threatening people with lawsuits... I don't think its too much of a leap for someone to dig up personal info from some lawyer guide and post it. Its not the same thing as going onto a thread and posting just anybody's personal info. But the problem for you guys is, where do you draw the line? I personally have had to put up with so much from this guy its amazing I never posted his personal info (but then I would have no idea where to look it up - rofl).
