Record the old FA figures & retain for comparison once the update comes in. They're going to get even better. wsrn.com

When you look at the: incredible FA, the # & quality of product development releases, partnering, customers, and of cource price appreciation, it's no wonder PTIX is one of my favorite four, along with ADIC, VICL & PERL.

Speaking of PERL, if you have any cash for diversification, PERL is really undervalued, they've done a lot of good product development last 2 years, made some key acquisitions that are now integrated & adding to earnings. A couple of qtrs in the TTM were weighed down by acquisition costs, but that's all behind. Last qtr they had a 66% upward EPS surprise at .05. I expect .09 this qtr. They're also comming out with voice over IP on the same board as other comm functions to make their stuff really cost justified.
2 3/8 it's a steal.

biz.yahoo.com

look at the projected growth rate & the forward PE. If you read the prior statements, you'll see both the development and the acquisition costs (three in a year) The acquisitions are not a substitute for internal growth, they are for extensions to core technology to get a jumpstart on the market. Very low P/book, improving FA.

Boldfaced cross posting, I know. I don't do it unless I'm highly confidant about the company & am cognizant of the ethical issues. (I have also been posting about PTIX for awhile on occasion on other threads)

Scott,

Thanks, I may get back in the overall market is what looks weak to me. I had bought back in at around 20 and Ptix went up about 3 1/2 points the next day I held and it finally got back to about where I started and I got out.

I hate to day trade or short term but rules are rules. Anyway what are your thoughts about reentering at around 20?
