A few points.......

1. Doc, admittedly the "mid-2000" is rather wishful; but will not look so far out when they do $30 million now in Q4. As such, I would bet on a $50+ million Q4 in 2000. You are right that the sequential quarters tell more than seasonals in start-ups like this. But we will probably see Q3 as weak in future: summer, and all. That's why I'm not too concerned about lesser growth rate this Q3, esp. if Q4 does what I expect! On transaction count, I don't even know that they are counting the shareware/commerce bridge activity here. Another area of revenue uncertainty, confusion.

2. C McD, there was no mention of the TSQD lawsuit in the cc. I believe it was Mr. Steiner who commented briefly that the transaction was on track to close in Q4. Obviously, that could change with court proceedings.
